Slowly reconciling with my art and motivation. Some family stuff is going on and it’s draining. -A-
But enough about that! I bought a new Moleskine sketchbook! Normally, I’m not one for brand names, but I tend to put more effort into a drawing if when the sketchbook is a little pricey. I missed using one! I was using cheapy $5.00 sketchbooks over the summer and I felt that I wasn’t making the progress I wanted because I was going for quantity over quality. Sometimes quantity is the way to go for improvement, but it seems not to work for me (wish it did…).
Doodles from a now retired sketchbook. I’ve been doing a lot of life studies lately so my sketchbooks have gotten boring. :(
